I’m a St. Louis born-and-raised writer, filmmaker and assistant whose mission is to ensure people feel seen, heard, loved and affirmed in all that I do.

At The Connection Clinic (TCC) , I’m a Virtual Assistant, serving as a point of contact for scheduling sessions, questions, billing, and more. I will also be supporting marketing, from content creation to social media and newsletters. I’m very excited to support TCC as well as each client’s journey toward becoming who they envision themselves to be in all aspects of their lives.

When I’m not bringing ideas to life, organizing all the things or ensuring to-do lists get done, I enjoy watching drama/sci-fi/comedy movies and TV shows, writing encouraging essays, relaxing with a cup of chai tea, and traveling.
